Direct scheduling

Eligible patients get a reference code (e.g. "AK-472") for their records plus the Baptist Radiology scheduling numbers for Beaumont and Orange, so they can book their LDCT scan right away.

No PHI collected

No names, DOB, MRNs, phone, email, or addresses. Age is captured as a range. The ticket code is the only link between submission and patient, and it stays with the patient.

USPSTF 2021 criteria

Age 50-80, 20 or more pack-years smoking history, currently smokes or quit within the past 15 years. Logic is inspectable and editable in this file.
